Food Drive to Help Those in Need
The COVID-19 pandemic has proven that the need for hunger relief is more urgent than ever to help those within our community and our surrounding communities. Through Sunday, March 21 non-perishable food donations will be accepted for the Human Needs Food Pantry at the Verona Police Department and the Verona CommunityCenter lobby during the hours of 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, Monday-Friday. Please consider donating any non-perishable items including breakfast cereal, canned tuna, all types of pasta and canned fruit, pet food, toilet paper, facial tissues, sanitizers, diapers, wipes, formula, and tall paper grocery bags with handles.
